What are the Recruiting Leadership Labs?
Leadership Labs are hands-on, scenario-based workshops for corporate recruiting leaders. The format includes heavy discussion, small group work, instructor led best practice sharing, with tools and templates for you take back to work.  Core One and Core Two have identical formats - scenario based work in small groups, with peer recruitment managers, led by John Vlastelica - but different focus areas. You do not need to attend Core One to attend Core Two, and Core Two is not more advanced than Core One. They simply have different topics.

In it's 8th consecutive year in Silicon Valley, Core One is open for registration for the November workshop. We also offered a European based Core One workshop in Dublin (Europe) in September 2018, contact us if you wish to hear more about our future European workshops.

Our Core Two workshop is open for registration in Seattle this October!

Am I eligible to participate?
These workshops are designed for corporate recruiting managers and directors who directly manage sourcers, recruiters, and/or university recruiters.  Vendors, consultants, agency recruiting managers, RPO leaders, and sales people are not allowed. This is a small-group workshop, capped at 20 recruiting leaders.
